What is malo.?

Pronounced mah-low, meaning little or small, is a term of endearment referring to that of a baby or small child with slavic origins of Eastern Europe. 

Why are malo. products unique? 

Born from a need for a natural nappy rash crème on-the-go, that means you can change your baby & keep moving without a whole heap of sticky mess all over your fingers. Our products are made in Australia using natural and clean ingredients. Purposely formulated as a practical and ecoluxe solution for the modern parent. 

Product 

Are the products suitable for all skin types? 

Yes, our products only contain clean, natural, minimalist ingredients making them suitable for all skin types. If you have a specific allergy, our inci lists include all ingredients, so please check before applying. We always recommend you patch test first on the inner corner of your elbow or behind the ear over 72 hours (as contact dermatitis or rashes may take some time to appear) and if in doubt please consult your doctor first. 

What can I use the Nappy Rash Spray and Crème for? 

Both creme and spray are designed to be multipurpose, from treating nappy rash, to soothing dry skin, eczema or cradle cap, Our formulas are hypoallergenic and can be applied liberally for a variety of skin ailments - even insect bites!

Do you test your products on animals? 

No, our products are strictly cruelty-free and vegan. We never test on animals nor do we use animal by-products. 

How should I store my products? 

We recommend you store your malo. products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and discard 12 months after opening. 

What if irritation occurs when using a product? 

Should you experience any irritation, please cease use and consult a doctor and dermatologist if required.  

What is the testing process for your products? 

The safety of you and your baby is of utmost importance to us. Our products have been formulated in partnership with a team of cosmetic chemists in collaboration with a dermatologist and are rigorously tested regularly for sensitivity.

Our products are proudly designed, formulated and made in Australia. 

Shipping 

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes, we offer FREE Australia wide Shipping for all orders over $70. A flat rate of $8.95 shipping will apply to all other orders within Australia. 

When can I expect my order to arrive? 

Your order will be shipped within 48hrs using our friends at Sendle and Australia Post. It will usually arrive within 5 business days*

Do you ship to international locations? 

At this time we do not offer international shipping. However, selected products are available via a number of our global partners. Please see our full list of stockists here. 

Packaging 

Is your packaging recyclable? 

Yes! Our airless jar is designed for USE + REUSE + REPEAT. When finished the internal white container will be completely empty. Simply remove the internal container and wash with warm soapy water. Dry and replace ready to be refilled.

Refills for our nappy rash creme will be available very soon, please ensure you are subscribed to our mailing list to be notified.

Our nappy rash spray can be recycled in your regular recycling bin and our super-seed belly oil is housed in glass packaging that can be recycled also - simply rinse each container and put it in the allocated recycling bin or drop off at your nearest recycling centre.
