We want you to love your MALO products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 15 days for a credit. To be eligible for a return, Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.Â
If your item is faulty or damaged, you may return it for either a replacement, a credit note or a full refund.Â

Shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
MALO reserves the right to deny any return that appears to be an abuse of our policy, including but not limited to ordering a large number of products with the intent to trial and return.
