Could you give us a introduction to yourself & what led you to start your beautiful baby boutique Bubsmamy? 

My name is Rena Rau, I am a Mum to a beautiful daughter who is turning 2 this year! After working in different countries for 9 years and returning home in Singapore halfway through my pregnancy, I was overwhelmed with adapting back to my home country and starting a family at the same time. On top of that, there were no parenting classes, talks or baby fairs during the pandemic. It was a scary time as we had no clue of what Covid-19 was then. 

I wanted to curate kits that overwhelmed new parents like us could just pick up and start from there. That’s when The Perfect Diaper Kit was created. In this kit, different popular diaper brands in sample sizes are packed together in a box and new parents can try and test which diaper works well for them before bulk buying!  

Bubsmamy is slowly expanding now to only selected premium and unique products from all over the world, especially Australia as that is our second home. 

As a new mum, what’s been an amazing baby product find? 

Perhaps an uncommon choice, Electric Nail File. Haha! 

Handling a newborn is stressful enough! An electric nail file takes the stress of nail cutting away, and it is the first thing I recommend to new parents!
