Itching or scratching: Babies may scratch their skin or rub their face or body if they are uncomfortable or itchy that could be caused by dampness, yeast infections or contact dermatitis.

Bumps or blisters: Sensitive skin can also develop small bumps or blisters after exposure to certain irritants.

Eczema: This is a common skin condition that affects babies and young children and can cause red, itchy, and scaly skin, it may even appear in the form of small water blisters under the skin.
